Subrogation is the legal right of one party to collect damages or debt originally owed to another entity by a third party.
Subrogation allows you (the insurer) to recover costs including medical payments, property damage repairs, rental fees, and any deductible paid, from the at-fault driver or their insurance company, if the accident wasn't your insured's fault.
A successful subrogation could mean a refund for you and your insured.
Our team of dedicated and experienced attorneys can review your case and determine if liability is favorable. If you have additional questions regarding your case, you can refer the case to our firm for our attorneys to assess and provide more guidance.
The subrogation process can take weeks, months, or sometimes years to complete, depending on the circumstances of the accident, the complexity of the claim, and the state where it occurred..
If your case is accepted by our firm and we determine that filing suit is the best course of action, there may be fees associated with filing suit, e-filing documents to Court, service, driver's license suspension, lien request, and/or garnishment fees.
We have a collection team that is dedicated to turning your loss or final judgment into a money recovery. We are Aggressive in our recovery efforts and utilize all of the remedies provided to you within the law.
